Description
Awarded by EUSR (Energy & Utility Skills Register).
After completing your SHEA Drains and Sewers (SHEA stands for Safety, Health and Environmental Awareness) qualification, you will receive a SHEA Passport card used by operatives, supervisors and managers to gain operational site access across the foul water, waste water and drainage sector.
Fully CSCS-accredited, with the famous hologram, this is a CSCS Card for those who work with untreated water.
Includes all material from the EUSR SHEA Core qualification, plus two additional, modules that focus on the UK drainage and sewerage network.
SHEA Drains and Sewers provides candidates with an understanding of the types of hazards associated with waste water operations and their environments.
The course also details the processes and procedures required to work in the highway; this includes both public and private environments and creating a safe working environment through the application of safe systems of work in order to avoid other utility services. The candidate will understand what to do in the case of an emergency.
