I can’t guarantee an outcome for anyone undertaking a particular course. As the construction and utilities sectors are, by their nature, dangerous environments, it’s vital that any assessments are completed neutrally and without direct support to demonstrate your understanding of the subject matter.

Steer clear of companies promising a 'guaranteed pass', as any subsequent qualifications gained will be worthless.

Yes, I deliver all courses remotely, so you can access them live online from your home or place of work – wherever is most convenient for you. I favour a tutor-led approach, so you’ll benefit directly from my expertise and AIOSH (Associate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) status.

Starting as a sole trader in November 2023, my courses quickly gained traction and I made the decision to upgrade to a Limited Company in January 2024.

Currently, I do not hire any staff to aid with the day-to-day running of Four Storey Training Limited, so all calls, messages and emails you receive are from me - and I teach all tutor-led courses.

I aim to provide you with the relevant certification or operational site access card within 48 hours of course completion, thanks to my close working relationships with the leading award bodies.

Most operational site access and utility safety training is valid for three years from the date of course completion. This may vary for some courses, so always check the specific terms when booking. The CSCS Green Card, for example, needs to be renewed every two years.

As the expiry date approaches, you’ll need to renew your training to stay compliant and maintain site access.
